An entrepreneurs perspective, this is refreshing. Most of the content that we read or hear about deal with the Optometric aspects of the business. I know I have to free up some time if I’m going to make some changes. I am interested in hearing about other insights that guided his success as an outsider to the industry.

This a podcast is filled with so many gold nuggets. Joe is the real deal. No fluf. He’s bringing real world experience to help you escape the trap of becoming an employee in your own business. As a business owner, this podcast helps me refocus on the big picture…. Getting more discretionary time and creating real wealth. Can’t wait to binge more of his episodes!

Before I retired from the eye care business, I enjoyed meeting Joseph, and enjoyed the business we conducted together. What always impressed me about Joseph, was the fact that he had no idea what he was venturing into as he bought an existing optical business, and shortly after buying the first business, bought another eye-care practice, in an extremely high rent district. I remember at first thinking, here’s a guy, never before in the eyecare field, who must brave, rich, and possibly not playing with a full deck of cards! Was I ever wrong! This gentleman proved to me over the years, that marketing the “product” was his goal. The product was the eyecare business! “The Store” “The Practice” “The team” He hired a professional eye-care team to provide client support, and then went about his business producing strategies to bring more clients through the front door! It was a very successful venture, and impressive to witness. Joseph turned slumping eyecare practices into thriving, revitalized businesses! Truly an accomplishment! I look forward to listening to new episodes, and I highly recommend following Joseph and the Revenue Rx Podcasts, as I’m confident there will be points and ideas for young eyecare Professionals, and also for the well established Professionals.
