Before I retired from the eye care business, I enjoyed meeting Joseph, and enjoyed the business we conducted together.
What always impressed me about Joseph, was the fact that he had no idea what he was venturing into as he bought an existing optical business, and shortly after buying the first business, bought another eye-care practice, in an extremely high rent district.
I remember at first thinking, here’s a guy, never before in the eyecare field, who must brave, rich, and possibly not playing with a full deck of cards!
Was I ever wrong! This gentleman proved to me over the years, that marketing the “product” was his goal. The product was the eyecare business! “The Store” “The Practice” “The team”
He hired a professional eye-care team to provide client support, and then went about his business producing strategies to bring more clients through the front door! It was a very successful venture, and impressive to witness.
Joseph turned slumping eyecare practices into thriving, revitalized businesses! Truly an accomplishment!
